Order Process & Tracking

When placing your order, you can either create a customer account or checkout as a guest. You can track your order status via Live Chat. For smoother processing, please include your PlayerTag (Computer/PC), Gamertag (Xbox), or Friend Code (Nintendo Switch) in the order notes.


Delivery Notification & Face-to-Face Trade

Once your in-game item services are completed, we will notify you by email for a Face-to-Face delivery, which is available on Computer (PC), Xbox, and Nintendo Switch.

After receiving our notification, please contact us via Live Chat (bottom-right corner) and provide your Order ID to proceed with the delivery. For Xbox or Nintendo Switch, leave a message in the chat so we can prepare accordingly.


Service Completion Time

Orders are typically completed within a few hours, and most are delivered well within 24 hours. If you haven't received a notification by then, feel free to contact us via Live Chat to check your order status.

On rare occasions, it may take a bit longer — but when that happens, you’ll receive an extra bonus as a thank-you for your patience.

Diablo 4:

When ordering services for D4 in-game items, you can create a customer account to keep an order history or proceed as a guest to track your progress via email or the Order Tracker.

Once your service is ready, we will notify you by email. Connect with our Live Chat support for delivery. Please provide your Order ID and BattleTag when contacting us.

Delivery typically takes a few minutes to a few hours and generally does not exceed 24 hours. If you do not receive any updates within 24 hours, leave us a message for assistance.

Diablo 2 Legacy (Classic / D2 LoD):

Before using our service to acquire Legacy items, kindly confirm availability via Live Chat.

Q: How will I receive my D2 items?

A: You will receive a mule service to transfer your items. The details will be sent to the email address you provided during checkout or your primary registered email address.

After receiving the mule, transfer your items as soon as possible to avoid character expiration (10 days). If you need assistance, contact us via email or Live Chat for support with an in-game item handover.

Q: How long will it take to receive my items?

A: Most Ladder and Non-Ladder in-game item services are completed within 1 to 48 hours. In rare cases, completion may take up to 72 hours, especially for certain items or large orders. We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
